History
New Fashion Pork was founded in 1994 when Brad and Meg Freking expanded his father's farrow-to-finish sow operation in Jackson County, Minnesota. Over the next 10 years, they strategically acquired hog facilities and feed mills across the Midwest. Soon, the expansion spread from Minnesota and Iowa to Wyoming, South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
As New Fashion Pork's sow herd continued to grow, so did the need for top-level support staff. In 2004, Brad and Meg moved their main offices to their current location on Industrial Parkway. In the same year, they joined forces with four other like-minded producers to start Triumph Foods, a state-of-the-art pork processing facility located in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Today, New Fashion Pork employs over 400 team members, markets over 1.4 million hogs every year and owns nearly 60,000 sows in seven states. With their commitment to excellence and continued progressive development, New Fashion Pork has become a leading and successful hog production company in the United States.
